Import of email addresses from postal accounts Program SendMails enables to you very easy and quick control incoming messages on your selected email accounts and sender´s addresses to save directly into list of recipients or to black-list. This function you can evaluate e.g. by connection with your company website. On your website can be placed form similar to following  (sample of entry form - other sample forms) After sending of form by user you will receive into your email box (to this purpose established) new email in which as sender will be exactly fillin name and address. Program SendMails then easy will controll this email box and from found messages insert email addresses and names into database of recipients (eventually into Black-list). Process of postal accounts configuration in program SendMails :  In the main window you can setup unlimited number of email accounts.  It is necessary to setup by every email account : Address POP3: main address of postal server Port: mostly 110 Connection: some servers request secured connection (pop.gmail.com) Name and password: majority of postal accounts are secured by name and password Word: program SendMails can filter only some incoming emails - according to the subject of message Delete: messages from which it will use email address will be deleted |
