The way of messages sending Print

Program SendMails offers two basic ways of sending of email messages:

  • through SMTP server
  • through email client (your postal program - e.g. MSOutlook)

Basic difference between these two ways is, by directly sending of messages through SMTP server is program SendMails able to ensure the correct sending of formatted messages (in HTML format). On the other hand by sending of messages through email client message gives over for sending through certain standard interface. And because every email program acts to these data in other way, it can happen that formatted text at the end will become attachment to email and in the main part of message will not be present. By program Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 you have to moreover confirm sending of every email.

For this reason is then much more advantageous to use in program SendMails as basic way of sending messages "through SMTP server". Sending through email client use rather only exceptionally and moreover rather for emails in purely text form.

Through SMTP server
SMTP server is remote computer to which program SendMails gives over email messages (in the correct format) and which cares about next sending to the right direction (to recipient)

By sending of email messages directly through SMTP server you can achieve much better results both as to quality (email client can deform the message before sending), and quickness (between program SendMails and SMTP server is not any intermediate)

To successfully send this way is first necessary to set the SMTP server.

Through email client (your postal program)
By sending through email client is first necessary to set up exactly through which program in computer should the messages send. In selection field there is the list of all installed postal programs
